In the early days of the new year, there has been a significant earthquake in Japan, resulting in substantial damage. Even here in Osaka, we felt the tremors. Many individuals, including the Self-Defense Forces and firefighters, are actively engaged in rescue efforts. Our heartfelt sympathies go out to those affected.
We sincerely appreciate the dedicated efforts of the Self-Defense Forces, firefighters, and all those contributing to the rescue operations. We hope for the swift evacuation of as many people as possible to safe locations and the prompt recovery of the affected areas.
In times like these, it is crucial to maintain positivity and tackle the challenges with determination. I am eager to approach my work with renewed energy in such times.
