Regarding Shipments to the United States

For shipments to the United States, please select Yamato International Service. If customs duties and taxes are not paid prior to delivery, a fee of $12.00 per shipment will be charged to the recipient upon delivery. UPS will send a pre-payment notification to the applicable recipient. Therefore, accurate recipient contact information must be provided at the time of shipment. Please note that if contact information is inaccurate or incomplete, this notification may not be sent. In addition to UPS notifications, a link for paying duties and taxes will appear when tracking your package on UPS.com. In some areas, packages may be left at the doorstep for delivery (“Driver Release”). When shipping to an individual, a Social Security Number (SSN) may be required for recipient verification during U.S. import customs clearance.
